For six years I've worked as a Registered Nurse, and I've seen up close how chronic conditions can quietly chip away at people's lives — and how much of that story sits in everyday habits, not just in hospital wards. That insight is what drew me toward lifestyle medicine.
I'm now accredited in Lifestyle Medicine through the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM). My work is evidence-based, whole-person education and coaching — built around the six areas of life that research consistently links to better long-term health:
